Voices of Formosa

Featuring traditional Chinese music and new works inspired by the Chinese tradition, including compositions by May-Tchi Chen and Zhou Tian. With performers Hui-Kuan Lin, pipa; Chen-Yu Huang, harp; I-Fu Wang, violin; Tze-Ying Wu, viola; Hsiao-Lian Huang, cello; Pei-San Chiu, flute; and narrator Marc Embree. A pre-concert talk is slated for 6:00 p.m. in Fairchild Theatre.
