Awori will share her insights about
working for gender rights and well-being
within various International Development
contexts. Students planning to do
international study abroad, considering
careers in international development
contexts or who are otherwise interested
in intersectionality and working across
cultures are encouraged to attend.
Graduate students are also welcome.
Thelma Awori has dedicated her life to women's rights and empowerment in Africa.
