Inspired by the exhibition Seeds of Resistance, participants will create a wall-mounted vase that looks beautiful both with flora added and sculpturally on it's own. Take the lead from Brooke Peiffer of Reseed Ceramics as you explore the diversity of seeds and textures. Build your vase using stoneware clay slabs on day one. Return two weeks later to glaze your piece and prepare it for firing in the kiln.
Registration for this two-part workshop is required (Saturday, Jul. 10, 1-4pm and Saturday, Jul. 24, 1-2:30pm). Cost of registration ($80) covers instruction and all materials.
