Power of Influence: The Intersection of Arts and Sports for Social Change  (Exhibits (Museum, Gardens, ...))

If you were a professional athlete, a world-renowned artist, or a public figure, how would you use your popular status to influence social change? Join esteemed alumni, sports leaders, artists, and MSU faculty as they gather in conversation around the potential of art and sport to become a powerful catalyst for social change. Registration for this free event is encouraged.
This conversation is offered alongside Resistance Training: Arts, Sports, and Civil Rights. On view through February 18, 2024, the exhibition explores the shared values between artists and athletes in the advancement of social justice-related issues.
