Journalists Nolan Finley and Stephen Henderson have been longtime friends, despite their different perspectives on pretty much everything. Several years ago, they launched the Civility Project, which seeks to help Americans build civility - in the workplace, political spheres, or any social setting - by adopting basic principles in our interactions with others.
