A Feast for the Eyes: Japanese Confectionery Demonstration

One of the top confectionery masters in Japan, Mr. Shoji Nishizawa, of Shiga Prefecture, will demonstrate the unique are of confectionery making. Participants will learn how confectionery is made and traditionally enjoyed as they sample these treats and drink authentic Japanese tea.
