This lecture is a job talk for a Clinical Ethics faculty position candidate in the Center for Ethics and Humanities in the Life Sciences.

Devan Stahl is a University Dissertation Fellow and Ph.D. candidate at the Albert Gnaegi Center for Health Care Ethics at Saint Louis University. The focus of her research is on genetic technologies and their effect on minority populations, particularly persons with disabilities.
