What explains the results of the Israeli Elections on April 9? What were the main issues on which Israelis voted? How did different sectors of a polarized society vote and why? What are the possible coalitions that could emerge in the government? How might they impact both domestic politics and foreign policy? What are some potential impacts for issues of peace and security as well as U.S. Israel Relations? Lecture followed by discussion of these questions.
